[8a-C24-12] [INVITED] Local and intermediate-range structural studies on amorphous phase-change materials by amomalous x-ray scattering

Anomalous x-ray scattering (AXS) utilizes an anomalous dispersion of atomic form factor when the incident x-ray energy approaches an absorption edge of the constituent element. The approach of the incident energy to an absorption edge causes a change in the structure factor. In the presentation, we report the local- and intermediate-range atomic structures on amorphous phase change materials in combination of the AXS data with reverse Monte Carlo modeling.
