The neutron emission spectrum of 197Au(g,n) for 17 MeV polarized photon was studied Kirihara et al. The result indicates two neutron components showing different angular dependence, the evaporation, and direct components. However, the dependence of these components on the energy of the incident photon has not mentioned yet. To study the dependence, we took the experimental data of double differential cross-section(DDX) for the incident polarized photon at different energies. In this work, the 13 MeV and 17 MeV polarized photons were produced by using Laser Compton Scattering in NewSUBARU-BL01 facility. A gold target of 1cm in thickness and diameter was placed on the beamline. The liquid organic scintillators NE213 (12.7cmf x 12.7cmL) were placed as neutron detectors at several angles with respect to incident photon beam, 60∼80 cm away from the target. The neutron energy spectra were obtained by pulse shape discrimination and time of flight method. The both experimental DDX results for the energies show the two components. The detail of the difference on DDXs will be discussed in this presentation.
