福島第一原子力発電所事故以降、国内外の関係機関は事故教訓から多くを学び、原子力安全向上に向けた各自の取り組みへの反映に努めてきている。事故後5年報告書を振り返った上で、その後に進められてきたIAEA、OECD/NEAにおける注目すべき国際的な議論や活動を概観することにより、事故後10年に際して事故教訓を踏まえた国際社会の取り組みを国際機関が総括するにあたって重視すべき事項を示唆する。
