[2J03] Effect of heat dissipation within wall on pool boiling critical heat flux

Saturated pool boiling experiments were performed on three heat transfer surface materials. CHF improved by increasing the thermal diffusivity of the heat transfer surface, worsened by increasing the radius of the heating source area, and improved by increasing the thickness of the heat transfer surface. A CHF model was constructed to explain this result.
