本研究では，βTi基超弾性合金の開発を念頭に，Ti-Mo-Al三元系合金において，従来組成範囲以上のAl添加が室温超弾性発現に有効であることを明らかにするために，10mol%Al以上の組成領域について実験的に調査した．
