20面体原子クラスターが多く存在するZr₈₀Pt₂₀合金に着目し、ガラス転移温度以下の温度における等温緩和を行い、緩和過程における種々の原子クラスターの動的挙動について分子動力学シミュレーションを用いて調べた。
