[98] Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Composites Made by Low Pressure Impregnating AlN Porous Materials with Molten Aluminum Alloy

異なる気孔率を有する開気孔型多孔質AlNを作製し，これに溶融AC4Cアルミニウム合金を低圧含侵させ，複合材料を得た．複合材料の組織と圧縮強度およびプロセス条件との関係を考察した．
