Therefore, it is a plan worth promoting to give health promotion suggestions to middle-aged and elderly employees according to their own physical changes.
This research is planning to summarize the current physical condition of employees through the inbody instrument test and several work-related physical fitness tests, so that occupational therapists can refer to them and give employees individualized health maintenance or improvement suggestions. Instrument detection items include bilateral differences in muscle mass and bone mass. The physical fitness test focuses on the test of muscle strength, grip strength and fine motor sensitivity test, physical strength (aerobic performance) test, softness test, and reaction speed test. During the first test, the therapist will give health maintenance or improvement suggestions based on the test results, and at the same time re-test the instrument every two months. After half a year, the last test will perform all the same items as the first test. to determine the effectiveness of the improvement.
