[ACG48-P03] Impact of volcanic eruption on surface climate in VolMIP experiments by MIROC-ES2L

Large-scale volcanic eruptions affect significantly surface climate. Also, uncertainties on the impact of volcanic eruption on the climate have remained. It is important to understand the volcanic impact on the past and future climate changes for improving basic knowledge of climate change. We have conducted the Tir1 experiments of VolMIP endorsed by CMIP6 with MIROC-ES2L. In this study, we summarize the results of VolMIP Tir1 experiments using MIROC-ES2L.
