[SVC46-P07] Development of Proto-type Educational Web Contents for the Municipalities’ Disaster Response Staff

After 2014 Mt. Ontake eruption, the municipalities which have active volcano are obliged to prepare the evacuation plan following the “Act on Special Measures for Active Volcanoes”. As a result, the municipalities are going to prepare the evacuation plan following, but there is less information about the volcano disaster. Because the volcano disaster is low frequency than other nature disaster. Therefore, we develop the proto-type educational web contents for the municipalities’ disaster response staff who prepare the evacuation plan and give the residents a lecture of the volcano disaster response.

The web contents consist of the information about the volcano phenomenon and volcano disaster, the applicable laws and regulations, and sharing the disaster prevention events with neighboring municipalities.

We report the web contents and the result of trial utilization by the municipalities’ disaster response staff.
