Keywords:aircraft experiment, aerosol, cloud microphysics

Aerosol and cloud observations from an aircraft (Diamond Air Service King Air) were conducted off the eastern coast of Hokkaido, Japan, during July and August 2022. The observations were conducted to clarify the characteristics of summer lower-level clouds in the area and marine and anthropogenic aerosols that influence clouds. The observations were also synchronized with aerosol and cloud observations from a ship (Shinsei Maru). This presentation will provide an overview of these observations and initial analysis of the results.
