Physics approaches nature through both theoretical and experimental developments, and it provides a beautiful understanding of the nature of most microscopic objects and the history of our Universe and describes the nature of matters from principle. The keep sound development in the future, we need more diversity, and there are considerable efforts in the international physics community. I will summarize recent activities in the world and in Japan.
