A new multi-GNSS data pre-processing software "RINGO" was released in March 2023, offering various features such as RINEX data editing, quality checking, clock jump correction, higher-order ionosphere correction, conversion from BINEX or RTCM binaries to RINEX files, and interactive viewer of RINEX files. The software supports the most recent RINEX 4.00 at the time of its release, as well as previous RINEX 2.xx and 3.0x. The software available to pre-process them is very limited and the RINGO software would contribute to popularization of the modern RINEX format.

We have released a new version of the RINGO software. Various bug reports and user requests have been incorporated. Some of the new features of the new version of the RINGO software are:
- Wildcard support for Windows PowerShell
- Direct reading of Compact RINEX (Hatanaka RINEX)
- Support for the latest RINEX 4.01 files
- Conversion of a RINEX observation file to a csv file (addition of new command "rnxcsv")
- Reading of some incorrect RINEX format files

The number of downloads of the RINGO software shows that the Windows version has the largest, several times more than the Linux version. Therefore, we have added support for wildcards in Windows PowerShell. Compact RINEX files can be now directly loaded by the RINGO software. This new feature improved the portability of the software, which previously required the installation of "CRX2RNX" as an external command. The new command "rnxcsv" converts RINEX observation file to a csv file, and this feature enables users to handle RINEX data more easily to check, visualize, and analyze.

The RINGO software is available on GSI's website. We will continue to enhance the functionality of the software. Any comments as well as bug reports on the software are welcome.
