Many factories are repaired regularly by maintenance, but most of equipment and piping face a problem of the serious deterioration. Companies cope with this problem while trying for the reduction of the accident risk and the reduction of the repair expense, but the needs of CO2 reduction is required by global warming measures, and a cost deduction becomes the big problem more. I clarify problems of the welding repair of the deterioration including the corrosion of the piping to do and introduce the safety improvement and the total construction expense reduction plan with welding equivalent mechanical pipe fitting "Lokring ".
