[14p-2U-10] Single-Walled Carbon Nanotubes / Transition Metal Dichalcogenide Heterojunction Solar Cell

In this work, we report on the photovoltaic features of heterojunction solar cell with single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) and transition metal dichalcogenides (TMD) aiming for the fabrication of nanocarbon-based high performance solar cell. The power generation properties of solar cell were investigated as a function of light wavelength. It is found that the clear photovoltaic features can be observed at specific visible and infrared wavelength region, which should be relating with the intrinsic optical properties of TMD and SWNTs, respectively.
