An excitation of spin transfer torque due to the spin-orbit interaction has attracted much attention due to its potential application to spintronics devices. In this study, we develop theory of spin transfer torque due to spin-orbit interaction in a ferromagnetic bilayer system, and apply it to analyze the magnetization dynamics.
