△ [15p-2N-4] Ionization Sensitization in Modulation-doped Organic Semiconductor Superlattice

Recently, we found ionization sensitization in co-deposited organic semiconductor films and submitted carrier separation superlattice model. In this work, we actually fabricated a modulation-doped organic semiconductor superlattice, and observed ionization sensitization according to the submitted model.
