Recently, research on nano phosphor for in vivo bioimaging has been actively carried out. We report the synthesized inorganic nano fluorescent material by using a microreactor method instead of organic phosphors and fluorescent proteins, semiconductor quantum dots. Particle size of the synthesized nano phosphor was about 20 ~ 50nm. And it has an emission spectrum in the near infrared region.
