[16a-PA2-36] Fabrication and electrical properties of cross structured graphene nanoribbons obtained by unzip of SWNT or DWNT

We developed how to obtain graphene nanoribbons by unzip of single walled carbon nanotube (SWNT) or double walled carbon nanotube (DWNT). Electric property of the single layer GNR originating from SWNT was semiconducting and semimetal obtained from DWNT. Electric property of cross point of the GNR is not investigated yet. We used to check the property using conductive atomic force microscopy.
