[14a-A37-3] Crystal structure and electrochemical properties of epitaxial Pt films epitaxially grown on SrTiO₃ substrates

Though it is a long time since catalytic activity was applied to industry, the catalysis mechanism has not been still fully understood. In this study, we focused on Pt which takes an important role in fuel cells or electrolysis of water. Crystal structure and electrochemical characteristics of epitaxially grown Pt films on STO substrates will be discussed.
