In this report,we examined crystal structure analysis and electric and magnetic properies of BiFeO3 thin film and artificial superlattice deposited on SrTiO3(110).Deposition was having a
pulsed laser deposition method.
it is deduced that BFO thin film from the results of the reciprocal space map consists of two grain of monoclinic structure.we will report that superlattice and electrical characteristics on the day.
