[6a-A413-5] Orientations and Anisotropic Thermal Conductivity of Layered Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Perovskites

We evaluated the orientations of layered organic-inorganic perovskite and measured their anisotropic thermal conductivity to understand the relationship between the structures and their thermal conductivity of layered organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites. The in-plane thermal conductivity increased with the perovskite thickness, while the out-of-plane thermal conductivity showed almost similar values with the perovskite thickness.
