[6a-PA5-1] Tender-X-ray flat-field spectrograph with wideband multilayer grating

A tender-X-ray flat-field spectrograph equipped with an aperiodic Ni/C multilayer-coated grating covering a wide energy range of 1-3.5 keV has been developed. Characteristic X-rays from Ag, Pt, SUS304, and ITO have been measured successfully. Resoling power has been evaluated from the FWHM of the measured emission lines and consequently confirmed to be several times higher than a commercially available energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometer.
