Keywords:Atmospheric-pressure Glow Plasma, DBD Discharge in Air, Simulation

In this study, a two-dimensional calculation of atmospheric pressure glow plasma in air induced by DBD was performed using COMSOL Multiphysics. 33 species and 150 chemical reactions in air are considered. The discharge characteristics of atmospheric pressure glow plasma at voltage amplitude of 4 kV, frequency of 14.5 kHz, temperature of 360 K and secondary electron emission coefficient of 0.11 were reported. The pulsed discharge behavior like a streamer was revealed.
