[14p-313-2] Epitaxial growth of organolead halide perovskite on rubrene single crystals

The growth mode of CH3NH3PbI3 (PVS) on rubrene (RUB) single crystal was analyzed by laser evaporation method in order to establish the method of crystal growth control. It was found that PVS is epitaxially grown on RUB with its crystal orientation aligned into a specific direction of RUB crystal.It was observed that the obtained PVS crystal had high flatness. Layer-by-layer growth of PVS was confirmed with 6.2-Å step structure.
