In this paper we discuss the possibilities of an electric field formation for the periodical domains structures in the LiTaO₃ single crystal. This kind of the volume existed of the domains structure has great opportunities for a controlling. We showed that the reducing of the thickness of the crystal is allowed to getting clearly domains distribution in the volume of the crystal. But too low thickness of the crystal has been limited of the SH-SAW interaction, depend on using frequency.
