In this talk, newly developed scintillation detectors and imaging systems using the detectors by the author's group will be presented. First, Si-PM based scintillation detectors and human PET system is introduced. Also the author shows GAGG scintillation detectors and their applications such to prompt radiation imaging systems for particle therapy is presented. Finally detectors based on a new concept using water will be presented for radiation detectors with their applications.
