▲ [16a-P7-10] Peptide aptamer-based single-walled carbon nanotube field-effect transistor biosensor for cathepsin E biomarker detection
キーワード:single-walled carbon nanotube field-effect transistor, cathepsin E, pancreatic cancer
Recently, cathepsin E (CatE) was found as promising biomarker for pancreatic cancer. Peptide aptamer which is specific to CatE has also been developed. So far, there is no report on combination of peptide aptamer and single-walled carbon nanotube field-effect transistor (SWCNT FET) as probe molecule and transducer, respectively, for CE detection. In our previous work, the activity of peptide aptamer probe molecule was confirmed for the development of SWCNT-FET aptasensor. In this work, SWCNT FET-based biosensor was further applied for early pancreatic cancer diagnostics. The minimum detectable concentration of 2.33 pM was lower than previous works. This obtained highly sensitive detection of CatE could be useful for early pancreatic cancer diagnostics and treatment.
