[18a-131-10] The crystal structure and magnetotransport properties of CoxFe3-xO4 films and CoxFe3-xO4 / MgO or AlOx / FePt multilayers

CoxFe3-xO4 has a potential as a spintronic material with perpendicular magnetization. The transport characteristics and magnetic anisotropy are controllable by varying the composition of Fe and Co . Such material is a candidate for the electrode of perpendicular magnetic tunnel junctions. However, there have been few reports about the relation between the electric and magnetic transport and compositions. In this study, we fabricated the CoxFe3-xO4 with various compositions and investigated the characteristics. Furthermore, we prepared CoxFe3-xO4 / MgO or AlOx / FePt multilayers to realize the MTJs.
