[18p-PB3-29] 電界を用いたカーボンナノチューブの分離における異濃度層形成の効果
キーワード:カーボンナノチューブ、分離
Carbon nanotubes have received much attention as ink materials having both excellent electronic properties and chemical stability, especially in printed electronics. In particular, the separation of metallic/semiconducting carbon nanotubes is very important for the use of semiconducting properties. Recently we have investigated the electric-field-induced layer formation (ELF) method which is a separation method of metallic/semiconducting carbon nanotubes using electric field. In this study, we have focused on the density gradient in the separation cells on the separation of carbon nanotubes by ELF method. The effect of separating carbon nanotubes by introducing different concentration layers in advance was investigated.
