Keywords:quantum dots, ZAIS, optical size-separation

To investigate the possibility of the optical size-separation for newly developed ZAIS quantum dots, we measured the excitation energy dependence of the fluorescence spectrum. In addition to this experimental result, we will discuss the experiment on their dispersion and isolation in a nitrogen gas using droplets.
