[18a-E101-12] Creation of High-performance Perovskite Solar Cells Using Nanocarbon Materials

We will present 1) improvement of power conversion efficiency (PCE) by using semiconductive carbon nanotubes in the perovskite active layer, 2) perovskite solar cells equipped with electrode solution-processed using double-walled carbon nanotubes (DWNTs), 3) 20.7%-PCE perovskite solar cells using newly developed fullerene derivatives as passivation materials, and 4) CNT-perovskite solar cells using SWNT containing Li+@C60.
