[19p-E301-3] Toward Quantum Enhancement in Biological Molecular Imaging

We aim at the realization of quantum-enhanced stimulated Raman scattering microscopy with ultra-high sensitivity surpassing the standard quantum limit. In this talk, we introduce the background and motivation of this method, and discuss the key technologies including picosecond squeezed vacuum generation, ultra-low loss microscopic optics, high quantum efficiency photodetector, and so on.
