Keywords:molecular dynamics, poloxamer 407

Poloxamer 407 is a triblock copolymer with a center block of PPO flanked by two PEO blocks which is a non-toxic and highly biocompatible polymer, which is a candidate material to fabricate the artificial cornea by 3D printing. In this work, molecular dynamics simulation is used to study the mechanical property of poloxamer 407 with different weight ratio of water. The Young's modulus is solved by the top 5% ratio of the stress and strain diagram. In conclusion, with 10% wt.% of water, Young's modulus of poloxamer 407 drops from 154MPa to 63Mpa. The more weight ratio of water adds in poloxamer 407, Young's modulus decrease strongly and the dramatic fluctuations shows in the stress-strain diagram because of the water dominate the physical property of the system.
