積層造形用金属粉末の低コスト化を目的として、プラズマ処理を用いた低品位粉末の高品位化技術の研究を実施している。本研究では、低コストだが流動性が低く内部欠陥の多い水アトマイズ異形粉末へのプラズマ球状化処理し、処理粉末のXPSやSEMによる表面物性計測や表面観測を実施すると共に、その流動性を評価した。
