[9a-Z01-1] Deposition and characterization of CdZnS window layers prepared by MOCVD in the air

The CdZnS film was prepared as a film by the MOCVD method in the air using a mixture of C₁₀H₂₀CdN₂S₄ and C₁₀H₂₀ZnN₂S₄. The lattice constant and absorption edge was varied with the ratio of C₁₀H₂₀CdN₂S₄ and C₁₀H₂₀ZnN₂S₄. This result indicates that the composition ratio of CdZnS can be controlled by this method.
