In this work, an InGaP/GaAs two-junction solar cell is enhanced by colloidal lithography based light trapping is proposed, designed and fabricated, which characterizes its simple and cost-effective fabrication processes. The surface hydrophilic treatment of rear GaAs contact layer is of vital importance during this process.
