Perovskite quantum dots (PeQDs) have reproducible emission color in the visible light range by controlling halogen composition. However, blue emissive PeQDs including two types of halogens show phase separation of halogens, and the emission color is changed from blue to green. Here, we have synthesized single halide blue emissive PeQDs with near-unity photoluminescence quantum yield that can be expected to stabilize the emission color by adding bromide salts.
