[22p-P09-11] High-precision three-dimensional measurement of oil droplets containing phosphors

In order to explore the possibility of high-precision three-dimensional shape measurement of living cells in one shot, three-dimensional measurement of oil droplets containing a phosphor by light scattering was performed. We attempted a combination of light scattering measurements and rigorous calculations of scattering patterns. When the sample has a simple shape, three-dimensional measurement is possible with double-digit higher accuracy than before. For 7 samples, the size of oil droplets and the fluorescence concentration were calculated, and it was confirmed that the amount of phosphor and the fluorescence intensity were in a proportional relationship.
