Genki Yoshikawa1 (1.NIMS)

Keywords:sensor, machine learning, receptor layer

This year marks the 40th anniversary of the history of olfactory sensors, which began in 1982. During this time, many research and development efforts have been carried out around the world, while olfactory sensors have not yet been effectively implemented in society. We would like to discuss the research, development, demonstration, and implementation of olfactory sensors, along with the latest research results, to make a breakthrough in this situation and make olfactory sensors a technology that can contribute to various fields, such as agriculture, medicine, food, environment, and safety.
