[22p-P01-4] Analysis of Microplastics in Liquids by Use of Optical Waveguides

An optical device was designed and fabricated for the analysis of microplastics in liquids. It was found that an optical waveguide could be constructed using photolithography techniques with a photosensitive structure-forming material as the core and SiO₂ as the cladding layer.
