Antiferromagnets have been actively studied in spintronics owing to their unique attributes such as the high-speed dynamics and small stray fields. Among them, non-collinear antiferromagnets with chiral spin structures exhibit various topological phenomena, attracting increasing attention. Furthermore, recent studies showed current-induced reversal and rotation of the chiral-spin structure in thin-film structures. Meanwhile, the stability of antiferromagnetic spin structure against the thermal fluctuation has not been studied well despite its importance as a figure of merit to characterize the retention time of spin structure as well as the critical current for electrical manipulation. Here, we study the size dependence of the thermal stability factor in non-collinear antiferromagnetic Mn3Sn nanodots.
