Metal halide perovskite heterostructures and quantum wells are needed for various opto-electronic devices. However, the interface is prone to smearing by halide ion migration. The migration of B-site metal ions is known to be much less frequent. Thus, here we demonstrate the vapor-phase deposition of all-inorganic metal halide perovskite heterostructures of CsSnBr3 and CsPbBr3.
