Strongly correlated electronic properties at the interface of manganese- and nickel-based perovskite oxides have recently attracted much attention irrespective of the importance of individual constituent materials. The reason behind such novelty is interfacial charge transfer. For example, LaMnO3 is an antiferromagnetic insulator and LaNiO3 is a paramagnetic metal in bulk form. However, their multilayers and superlattices (SLs) often exhibit ceramics (FM) behaviors. In addition, their In this study, we discuss magnetic frustration in [(LMO)m / (LNO))n ]r SLs, magnetized by pulsed-laser deposition technique, through detailed analyzes of spin-glass behaviors.
