Keywords:perovskite solar cell, benzylamine

Before and after the formation of the perovskite layer, treatment was performed using benzylamine (BZA) and chlorobenzene (CB), which are one of the passivation materials, and the performance of the manufactured device was evaluated. Compared with the case without BZA treatment (PCE: 10.0%), the open circuit voltage and FF were improved with BZA treatment. As a result, when BZA (CB, 1vol%) was steam-treated after perovskite film formation, it was 11.1%, and when BZA (CB, 1vol%) was dropped on the hole transport layer and then perovskite film formation, it was 13.6%.
