[24p-P01-24] Interface modification effect on the magnetoelectric coupling of Fe₇₀Co₃₀/PMN-PT(001)

Although large magneto-electric coupling constants have been reported in various interfacial multiferroic heterostructures consisting of ferroelectric PMN-PT and ferromagnetic materials, the relationship between magneto-electric coupling constant and the crystalline and interfacial states of the ferromagnetic layer has not been fully understodd. In this work, we show a comparative study of the magneto-electric coupling constants of Fe₇₀Co₃₀/PMN-PT(001) and several heterostructures with modified interfaces.
