大規模集積回路上オンチップ光配線の実現に向けた光源として我々は半導体薄膜分布反射型レーザを提案、実現してきた。これまでに、低消費電力動作可能な埋め込みリッジ導波路（BRW: buried-ridge-waveguide）構造の半導体薄膜レーザへの導入検討を行っており、前回FPレーザを作製しその効果を実証した。今回BRW構造に加え回折格子にACPM (Asymmetric corrugation pitch modulation)構造を用いた分布反射型(DR)レーザを作製し、その特性評価を行った。
