[15a-PA01-39] Synthesis and theroelectric properties of WTe₂ nanowires

We synthesized WTe₂ nanowires by heating W₁₈O₄₉ nanowires with NaBH4 and Te under vacuum. W₁₈O₄₉ was obtained by solvothermal technique. The Seebeck coefficient and electric conductivity of the nanowire samples were superior to the powder WTe₂. Adding PEDOT-PSS as binder further improved the thermoelectric performance.
