Although there are various methods to evaluate the operation process of organic semiconductors including OLEDs, the techniques to evaluate time-resolved measurement of the operation process have not been fully established, and its realization is important for the development of the organic semiconductor field. In this study, we report on the development of the technique to directly observe the change of electronic states in a phosphorus-based ionic liquid-based light-emitting electrochemical cell (LEC) during the operation process when a driving bias is applied, based on spectroscopic measurements.
