[17p-E402-4] Hierarchy and Metal Carrier Transport in Organic Polymeric Materials

Taishi Takenobu1 (1.Nagoya Univ.)

Keywords:organic polymeric material, conducting polymer

Organic polymeric materials are intrinsically flexible, and therefore, are extremely important from the viewpoint of wearable electronics and IoT devices, such as transistors, photoelectric conversion and thermoelectric conversion. However, carrier and thermal transport properties, which are the guideline for improving device properties, have been surprisingly little elucidated due to the hierarchical nature of organic polymeric materials. In this talk, I will introduce the physical properties research focusing on the hierarchical nature and the improvement of device properties.
